It’s the kind of place where the days fill themselves. Swim in the lake, walk the forest trails, drive out to Bellagio or Varenna, then come back to cook together and eat late on the terrace. Modern comfort, historic character, and enough space that nobody feels on top of each other.

Each home opens onto a garden, the terrace looks out over the hills, and a swimmable lake sits a few minutes’ walk away. There’s a full kitchen for big group dinners, and space outside for kids and grown-ups to spread out.

Built for families and groups
With both houses to yourselves there are no shared corridors and no other guests — just your people. The grounds are safe for children to roam, there’s free parking on site, and the lake, trails and waterfalls all start within walking distance. It’s an hour from Milan Malpensa by car, and reachable by train via Lugano.
